After the hailstorm in May we chose Vertical Solutions for our roof repair and house damages and it was a right choice. After the June 2023 hailstorm I needed my roof inspected. I texted Nick Hay at Vertical Solutions Roofing who inspected my roof three years ago (and fixed a leak for me at no charge without trying to sell me on a new roof that was deemed unnecessary). I hoped he was still in the roofing business. thankfully, he was. Nick assisted me through the entire process flawlessly, from filing the claim with my insurance, being there during the insurance adjustor’s inspection, going over the inspector’s report, choosing roof options and the scheduling of service. He even stayed on site the day the roof was installed and kept me updated on the progress (even sending drone pictures of the progress). He was extremely thorough, making sure everything was perfect, even using the magnetic sweeper numerous times to get all the nails. He even returned the following day for additional nail sweeps. The team also did a great job protecting my yard and bushes by covering everything before they began removing the old roof. Nick Hay and his team at Vertical Solutions Roofing did an amazing job. I couldn’t recommend them and Nick enough.
I heard of them though a friend who had a great experience. If you chose to go with this company ask for Ashley Hopkins, she was very knowledgeable and answered every single question I possibly had.
